We don’t have anything to do with, like other Yoruba speaking people majorly came from Ile-Ife Oduduwa but we indirectly came from Benin because Oba Benin came from Ile-Ife too. We are offspring of Benin kingdom but we came through Okeluse to Ise.
Question:   Are Ise people religious?
Answer:      Yes, they are religious. We have different religion in Ise such as traditional religion, Christianity and Islamic religion; so people can be said to be religious

The people are called Aluperemo. They are the families of Kabiyesi who came together to beat the drum and the dancing of the family of Oluse and also there are some chiefs who also arrange for the drum to be beaten in front of their homes and they dance to it so on that day, they will feat and the following day, the head of the family will assemble them to a feast in his house so the next chief in the following day the family will go to his house to feed. They will make Iyan (pounded yam), and they will seat round and usually, that annual slutter for each occasion is ram (Agbo) that is why they say Agbo (ram) is the meat of Imoroko, so every day until the last chief in the family feels the members of the family then it end until the following year again, it just a family feast.
